Where is the store?

Tap your VOLT balance (the bolt icon with "+") at the top right of the main menu.
In the Dealer, an "Or get VOLT" link also appears under cars you can't afford yet.
Everything in the store is optional. All VOLT can also be earned by racing.

I bought VOLT but it didn't arrive.

Close and reopen the App. It checks for unfinished purchases every time it starts.
If a parent has to approve purchases (Ask to Buy), the VOLT arrives once the request is approved.
Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy.
The App credits only purchases that Apple's system can verify. The game has no servers, so we can't add VOLT by hand. If you were charged and still have no VOLT, request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com and contact us so we can look into the problem.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds: https://reportaproblem.apple.com (help: https://support.apple.com/118223).
If a refund is approved, the App automatically removes the VOLT from that purchase, as far as it is still in your balance (never below zero), and any items that came only with it.

What does "Restore Purchases" do?

It restores your Founder's Pack cosmetics (Founders Chrome paint and Gold Ring jet glow) on any device signed in with your Apple Account.
VOLT is consumed in the game and can't be restored. That includes the one-time 150,000 VOLT in the Founder's Pack.

I reinstalled the App or got a new device, and my VOLT is gone.

The game has no accounts and no cloud save. Progress and VOLT are stored only on your device.
If you restore a full device backup (iCloud Backup or a computer), your save comes back with it.
Otherwise it can't be recovered, and neither we nor Apple can restore VOLT.

Does VOLT expire? Can I sell or transfer it?

VOLT never expires.
It has no cash value and can't be exchanged, withdrawn or transferred (see the Terms of Use).

Is there a way to limit my spending?

Yes. In Settings → Monthly spending limit, choose Off, 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 per month in your App Store currency. Purchases above the limit are blocked before the App Store sheet opens.
The Wallet screen shows how much real money you've spent this month.
The limit is a self-control tool based on this device's records. It is not a parental control.

Does the game collect my data?

No. No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing is sent to us.
Your progress is stored only on your device. Details: Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Which devices are supported? iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 18.0 or later. The game plays in landscape.

Can I use a controller or keyboard? Yes. Controls:

What does "Reset progress" do?

It starts the game over and permanently deletes your progress and VOLT balance, including VOLT bought with real money.
Founder's Pack cosmetics remain restorable.
This can't be undone.

Is Jet Roadster related to a car company?

No. Jet Roadster is an original game inspired by real engineering ideas such as cold-gas thrusters and fan-assisted downforce.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.
