These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Jet Roadster app (the "App") published by Marifeting ("we", "us").
1. Your licence and Apple's Standard EULA
- Your licence to use the App is granted under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA", https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
- These Terms supplement the Standard EULA with the rules for the game, the in-game currency VOLT and our Fair Play commitments. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.
- Purchases are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/).
2. Who can play
- The App is suitable for all ages.
- If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
- Parents and guardians can approve or block purchases with Apple's Ask to Buy and Screen Time (https://support.apple.com/105055).
3. Your game data lives on your device
- The App has no accounts and no cloud save. Your progress and your VOLT balance are stored only on the device where you play.
- Deleting the App permanently deletes your progress and your VOLT balance, including VOLT bought with real money. So does moving to a new device without restoring a device backup, and so does Settings → Reset progress.
- Neither we nor Apple can restore VOLT. Apple's "Restore Purchases" only restores non-consumable items (see §4.6).
4. VOLT — the in-game currency
- What VOLT is.
- VOLT is a virtual in-game currency. You earn it by playing, or you buy VOLT packs through Apple's In-App Purchase.
- You can spend it only inside the App: on cars, upgrades, paints and jet glows.
- We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use VOLT in the App. VOLT is not money, not a deposit and not your property.
- No cash value.
- VOLT has no cash value.
- It can't be exchanged for money or anything of monetary value, and it can't be withdrawn, sold, traded, gifted or transferred to another person, account or device.
- VOLT never expires.
- We don't remove VOLT for inactivity, and there is no expiry date.
- If the App is ever removed from the App Store, the copy installed on your device keeps working offline with your balance, as long as it stays compatible with your operating system. We can't guarantee compatibility with future iOS versions.
- Purchases are final; refunds come from Apple.
- Apple processes every purchase and charges it to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in your local App Store currency.
- Apart from Apple's refund process and any rights mandatory law gives you, purchases are non-refundable. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
- To request a refund, use https://reportaproblem.apple.com (see https://support.apple.com/118223).
- VOLT bought with real money is delivered immediately after Apple confirms the payment. The App credits only purchases that Apple's system verifies.
- If a parent must approve a purchase (Ask to Buy), the VOLT arrives once it is approved.
- Refunded purchases are revoked. If Apple refunds, reverses or cancels a purchase, the App automatically:
- removes the VOLT credited by that purchase from your balance, as far as it is still available (your balance never goes below zero);
- removes items that came only with that purchase.
- Founder's Pack. A one-time purchase that contains:
- 150,000 VOLT, credited once and not restorable;
- two cosmetic items, Founders Chrome paint and Gold Ring jet glow, which "Restore Purchases" restores on your devices.
The cosmetics change only the look of your car, never its performance.
- No randomness for money. Every pack shows exactly how much VOLT you get. There are no loot boxes or random paid rewards.
- Errors. If a bug credits VOLT or items you didn't earn or pay for, we may correct the error in an App update.
5. Optional monthly spending limit
- In Settings → Monthly spending limit you can set a cap on real-money purchases per calendar month: Off, 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100, in your App Store currency.
- The App checks the cap before a purchase is sent to Apple and blocks purchases that would exceed it. You can change or switch off the limit at any time.
- The limit is a self-control tool that relies on the purchase records stored on this device:
- it may not count purchases made on other devices, before the App was reinstalled, or before a progress reset;
- it is not a parental control, because anyone using the device can change it.
- For binding controls, use Apple's Screen Time and Ask to Buy.
- The Wallet screen shows the real money you have spent this month.
6. Our Fair Play commitments
We built Jet Roadster to be fair, and we commit to the following:
- No ads of any kind, not even rewarded or "revive" ads.
- No loot boxes or randomized paid rewards.
- Same physics and difficulty for everyone. Difficulty never changes based on what you spend or might spend.
- No tracking and no player profiling. We don't collect your data, and we don't sell it.
- Money never buys stars, trophies or invitations.
- Tracks and invitation-only cars are unlocked by playing.
- Everything you can buy with VOLT can also be earned by racing.
- The only purchase-exclusive items are the two Founder's Pack cosmetics.
- No streak resets and no expiring missions. A missed day never resets your check-in calendar, and missions wait until you finish them.
- Transparency. The Wallet shows every VOLT earned, spent, bought or refunded, plus your real-money total for the month.
If we ever change one of these commitments, we will say so clearly in the App Store release notes and update these Terms before the change takes effect.
7. Fair use
- Don't cheat. That includes:
- editing or manipulating save files;
- exploiting bugs to get VOLT or items you didn't earn or pay for;
- reverse engineering the App, except as permitted by law.
- Don't use the App unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
- The App and its content belong to Marifeting or our licensors: code, procedurally generated cars, tracks and audio, names and the "Jet Roadster" name and logo.
- Jet Roadster is an original game inspired by real-world engineering concepts such as cold-gas thrusters and fan-assisted downforce.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or other company.
9. Updates and availability
We may update the App to fix bugs, add content or meet legal requirements. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. Apple controls availability on the App Store.
10. No warranty and limitation of liability
- The warranty disclaimer and the limitation of liability in the Standard EULA apply.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
- This includes Turkish Law No. 6502 and the consumer laws of your country of residence.
11. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
- If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there.
- In Türkiye: the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, within the statutory limits.
- In the EU: the courts of your member state.
12. Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms, for example when the App changes. We will publish the new version here with a new effective date.
- Changes that reduce your rights will be announced in the App Store release notes in advance.
